do the readings before class. also this class aims to build your ability to do research in different settings (e.g marketing research, government evaluation policies, UX research) so make sure you are familiar with these terms. it can be quite different than the research we know of in academic.

this subject focuses on the topic of behaviour change. In class, we look at how different behaviour theoretical frameworks (e.g COM-B, theory of planned behaviour) can be applied to different settings and context

do the readings before class. some of the topics can be quite heavy so make sure you plan out how you're going to review the subject for the exams.

we have guest lecturers coming in nearly every week. seeing how different behaviour change theories are used in their work was interesting

Introduction to Consulting. Examples of topics we look at include the consulting lifecycle & the client-consultant relationship, structured problem solving and various consulting tools.
What to do?
do the readings before class. the lecturer always allocate time in class to discuss the papers. familiarise yourself with the different types of consulting tools as a way of making sure you can follow through the discussion and do the assignment in class (especially for those who aren't familiar with consulting to begin with).
